Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 November 2026. This policy describes how Welt Analytics handles personal data on weltanalytics.com and, in outline, on the service at app.weltanalytics.com.

1. Controller

The controller is Welt Analytics. Contact: privacy@weltanalytics.com. Support: support@weltanalytics.com.

2. What this site collects

The marketing site is static. It does not run an account system. If you submit the free AI visibility scan, we receive the website address, the business email, whether you opted in to marketing email, and the Cloudflare Turnstile token used to check that submission.

We use the website and the email to run the scan and to email you the result. That use is based on your consent, given when you send the form. The marketing checkbox is optional and is not ticked for you. If you tick it, we use the email to send occasional product updates. That use is also based on consent, and it lasts until you withdraw it. We use the Turnstile result, and the minimum request data needed with it, to keep the form from being abused. That security use is based on legitimate interest.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data such as IP address as part of delivering and securing the site.

3. The service

If you create an account, the app processes the account email, the organization, the websites and brands you add, the prompts, the measurements, the articles published for you, and billing details handled by Stripe. The legal basis for the paid service is the contract. The legal basis for optional product email, such as the weekly report, is the contract or legitimate interest in keeping the customer informed of the service they asked for. You can stop using the service by cancelling.

4. Subprocessors

We use these categories of subprocessors:

  • Cloudflare. Hosting, content delivery, security, and Turnstile for the marketing site and the app. Email is sent through Cloudflare.
  • AI model providers, via Cloudflare Workers AI. Model calls used for scoring and for drafting assistance. The providers are reached through Workers AI rather than as a separate login on this site.
  • Stripe. Payments, tax calculation support, and invoices for paid plans.
  • Data providers. Sources of AI assistant answers and the pages those answers cite, so we can measure visibility. They process the prompts and the public pages needed to collect those answers.

5. International transfers

Cloudflare (including email and Workers AI), Stripe, and data providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer rests on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, together with the supplementary measures those arrangements require.

6. Retention

Free-scan lead data — the website, the business email, and the marketing opt-in choice — is kept so we can send the result. If you do not opt in to marketing, we delete that request, or reduce it to a non-identifying abuse log, within 90 days. If you opt in, we keep the email until you withdraw consent. Turnstile tokens are used for the check and are not kept as a marketing record. Account data is kept for the life of the account and then for the period needed for tax and accounting. Answer text and metrics are kept for the life of the subscription and for 12 months after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask for deletion, subject to those duties.

7. Your rights

If the GDPR applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, to object to some processing, and to receive data you provided in a portable format. You can complain to your supervisory authority. We will respond within the time the law sets. Send requests to privacy@weltanalytics.com. We may need to confirm you control the email address.

8. Children

The service is for businesses. It is not directed at children.

9. Cookies

See the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies on this marketing site.

10. Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes to the service will also be announced in the product or by email.
